I attended and received my Bachelors in Nursing degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2019, graduating top of my class with a summa cum laude. Originally from Nigeria, I studied and lived in the US under an F-1 visa. After graduation, I was sponsored on an EB-3 visa aka green card/permanent residency.
During my green card process, I was faced with many challenges, but I never gave up and learned to became a self-advocate. I researched and educated myself on the immigration process for international nurses. This fostered my passion for helping other F-1 nursing students and new graduates navigate the arduous journey of the employment based sponsorship process for US trained nurses.
